Fisher Bound!

Breed is the second of our Class of 2021 to commit to playing college soccer in the Fall. There will be more but here is the short Q & A with Jackson Breed.

Q: You're into the latter stages of your Senior year of high school. How do you feel now that you know where you're going in the Fall

A: I'm very excited to start working with a new team at the next level. I'm relieved to have found a good fit for next season.

Q: Now that the selection process is all over, how would you describe the whole recruiting process?

A: It was exciting and stressful journey. I enjoyed visiting different campuses and talking with coaches. As well as the friendships I've developed with teammates. I'm also very grateful for the guidance I've received from my club coaches.

Q: So as you approach your Freshman year of college, do you have any idea of what you'll major in?

A: I'm enrolled in the management school. I'm not sure which field of business I will be studying just yet.

Q: Now that you're a college soccer player, what position do you see yourself making your own at Fisher?

A: I've been playing as a Center Forward but Coach Burgasser recruited me as more of a Winger as he  sees that position as a better fit for me in his team.

Q: Since SJF is the next step in your career, what are your plans with FCRB and the upcoming outdoor season?

A: Improving my game and getting the opportunity to play as many matches as possible.

Everyone at the club is extremely proud and happy for Jackson. We know you'll do very well at St. John Fisher. All the best in the upcoming club season!
