Goalkeeper:  Joe Gaita '07

Joe had a super season for the club. Playing two years up throughout the season with the '06s & '05s. He was able to become an anchor for both sides in goal. It was great to see his confidence grow with each match and session throughout the season. His best perfromances came with the 2006s as the side were unbeatable in league play. He also finished with two goals on the season.

Rightback: Evan Powers '07

The selection for the #2 shirt goes to another '07 player, Evan Powers. The natural central defender broke into the 2006 team and made the rightback spot his own. His dominate play in his bio group was so good that the coaching staff felt he could play a role in te group above. Powers lived up to the family name as he dominated in defense with the '06s. His simple and calm style of play became invaluable to the club. The success of the 2006s was due in large part to his consistent performances.

Centerback: Bobby Sweeney '06

A cool and calm leader of the unbeatable backline. Sweeney led the defense of the 2006s who were unbeaten in league play. His leadership, communication and steadiness was the glue that held the team together. The tall and lanky defender's maturity this season was incredible. At times it looked as if he was a man amongst boys. His perfromances were always so neat and tidy, he gave a lot of comfort through his play to his teammates. An absolutely fantastic season for Bobby.

Centerback: Jared Janicki '06

Janicki wasa  diamond that the club was able to unearth this past season. New to the club, he adapted well to the system of the club and soon became undropable. The partnership that was cultivated between he and Sweeney became impenetrable. His quick rise in becoming a rock solid defender gave the 2006 team the strong spine it needed to find it's balance. His perfromance this season showed that he belongs and can be counted upon in the most crucial of moments.

Leftback: Jack Jeffery '03

Mr. BigTime!! Jeffery, who will be playing his college footy this Fall at Alfred University was nothing short of Super this season. He was without a doubt one of the first names on the team sheet week in and week out. Out of the back, he continuously came up with big time goals and created numerous scoring opportunities for the team. Always galloping up and down the left flank, he was a constant contributer to the teams success going forward. A big time gamer who's always up for it. When the chips are down, you can always count on Jack Jeffery.

Central Midfield: Eli Gifford (c) '03

Gifford was the captain and leader of the 2003 team. A great leader who always drove his team to the best of his abilities. A classic box to box midfielder. He always did his best to aid and support his teamates. An absolute rolemodel for all of the younger players in the club. Eli is the type of player that every coach and club dreams of having in their ranks. The 2003 team couldn't be selected without him.

Central Midfield: Carysn Geisler-Price '09

This young determined player played his way into this selection. Never giving up, scoring goals after goals. His performance this season is the definition of the FCRB Way. He took every day as an opportunity to get better and improve. He did just that as each event came about, He found a way to have an impact on the proceedings regularly. It wasn't always easy but this young bull never stopped running. This is why the staff call him "The Gov'nor"

Central Attacking Midfield: Josh Glanton

A member of the club's "Fantastic Four", Glanton was in inspired form this season. Playing the #10 role, always darting into the box and scoring goals. He was for most of the season unplayable. He finished the season with 8 goals, a highly influential player. His constant runs from deep were hard to track for the opposition. Just showed how clever he was in finding his way into goal scoring opportunities.

Right Forward: Daniel Millson '03

The Silent Assassin, Millson was one who always came to put in a shift. He ran his socks off and always gave defenders fits. Scored some important goals and worked so hard for the team. His play always showed that he as more than fully committed. He never had to utter a single word. Everyone in the team knew what you're going to get from him. Another fantastic example of what a top player looks like. A constant threat down the flanks for the 2003 team. Trained and played like an experienced professional.

Center Forward: Jackson Tedesco '07

The Captain of the 2006 team and another memeber of the club's "Fantastic Four". Tedesco revolutionized the "False 9" role this season. Finished with, a club high, 12 goals and was just an absolute magician this season. He would be all over the pitch it was as if he was teleporting throughout the grounds. As he would come deep to orchestrate attacks, he would cause all kinds of problems for the opposing defense. His style of silky play was an absolute joy to watch. A player who has come up all the way through the ranks at the club. He's the type of player that if we played in a snowstorm, he would leave no footprints. A gem of a player and a superlative example of a top footballer.

Left Forward: Gagan Adhikari

The last member of the "Fantastic Four" who was able to make the selection. Gagan is the emotional leader of the 2006 team. The mercurial wideman finished the season with six goals. A constant threat to all defenses faced. He played a huge part in the formidable attack that the 2006 team created. The team scored 35 goals in the season and Gagan had a massive part to play in that. His constant dynamic running with the ball at the opposing defense created copius problems for the opposition. He was relentless in his attacks and was another leader of the team.
