Varsity Debut: TODD DURANTINI

We have here a short Q & A will the boy wonder as he speaks on his first night under the lights!

FCRB: How did it feel knowing you were going to make your full Varsity debut tonight vs J-D as an 8th grader?!

TD: I felt a little nervous knowing that I was playing with the 1st team tonight.

FCRB: Once you were on the pitch, did it feel any different for you?

TD: Yes, at first I still felt a little nervous. Once the whistle blew, I started to feel I belong here.

FCRB: On a scale of 1-10, how excited are you for the next match?

TD: About a 9! I can't wait!!

FCRB: Being the first player from the FCRB to feature in a varsity match, how do you handle that level of expectation?

TD: I hope to be a positive influence on my FCRB teammates along with being a role model.

FCRB: Finally, how many goals do you think you can get this first season of varsity?

TD: I'm not sure, just looking forward to getting the first. You never know maybe my jersey number, 15.
