The 2019 ALL- FCRB First XI

Reide Scolaro-GK ('06): Getting a lot of playing time between the sticks with the '06s and the '05s was a great opportunity for the top keeper in the club. This is his second selection to the ALL-FCRB team and he worked even harder this season to remain in the team. Top perfromances from him on a consistent basis earned him his place.

Logan Ransier-RB ('08): One of the leaders from the '08s. Raniser was a stalwart at center back for his team and had many impressive performances at right back for the '06s when called up. His tough tackling and his natural ability to lead his team was impressive to see day in and day out. He showed great versatility and composure throughout the season which was also impressive.

Bobby Sweeney-CB ('06): Another reliable and consistent performer at the back this past season. Bobby Sweeney has made the ALL-FCRB 1st XI again for the second straight year. His ability to play anywhere across the back four or three at a consistent level makes his inclusion easy. plays with such intelligence, it almost seems so effortless for him. He's the type of player that if he played in the snow, he wouldn't leave any footprints.

Mason Gridley-CB ('06): Being big, strong and fleet of foot is a gift many wish they had. Well Mason isn't one who has to wish for such things, he's got it. A perfect partner for his co- centerback on the '06s, Mason won majority of his duels and has the skill to play the  ball afterwards. He too showed great flexibility in being able to play CDM in the '05s as well.

Alessio Vega-LB ('05):Naturally a left sided player who likes to attack and get crosses off. Alessio had to diversify his portfolio this season and play leftback and some left centerback as well. Not only did he play in those positions but he excelled at the same time. He showed just how good he can be in many different positions this past season. He was able to reach this level without even playing in his preferred position.

Kyan Barbuto-CM  ('05):One of the maestros of the club. Kyan had a breakthrough season in 2019. Took over games and really imposed himself in the heart of midfield. His ability to play the killer pass was on full display this season. The flair and imagination of the '05s starts and ends with him.

Jackson Tedesco-CM  ('06):The Captain of the 2006s, Tedesco was the nucleus of the U13s. His ability to run with the ball at pace and find passes that would unlock defenses was just priceless to have in the side. His speed of thought served him well throughout and at times made it seem like he had everyone else on the pitch playing to his tune.

Alex Conzone-LM  ('05):The growth of this player throughout the years and especially this season is a great story for the club. Alex became the talisman for the '05s and one of the top top players in the club. During the second half of the season he was at times UNPLAYABLE by the opposition. He had moments where he looked like Luis Figo of Portugal in Euro 2000. He could play on the right, left or even up front, gliding past defenders as if they were in quicksand.

Riley King -RM  ('08):Naturally a central attacking midfielder, Riley bossed midfield for his '08 side but really showed his quality in the '06 matches that he was called up for. Showed no fear and contributed to many important victories for both the '08s and '06s. He showed his older teammates that he could be counted on.

JD Dolly- CF ('05):  A truly gifted #10. JD plays to his own beat and if you are lucky enough to harmonize with him you'll be the true benefactor. He can score goals as well as make them. The type of player JD is you don't find very often. Having him captain the '05s was always special, he could win you a match at any moment bceause of his magical right foot.

Luke James-ST  ('06): The Mercurial Man himself! Luke is what footballers call "RAPID". He can play anywhere across the from three and he is an absolute menace. His pace and his cunning always puts him in position to score goals!! He's the ideal modern day attacker. At the rate he's going, he's only going to become even more frightening going forward.

These are the top XI players for the club for the 2019 season. The selection process was quite difficult because so many players performed at such a high level. The club is crawling with talented players and each season we look forward to see who is ready to give the gaffer a selection headache. FORZA ROSSONERI!!
